As a professional quilter, I understand the love that has been poured into your quilt top.  Your keepsake will be handled with special care. When your quilt arrives at our studio, a custom overlay will be created for us to review together, making any design changes before the quilting begins. If you have anything special you would like included, we will happily do our best to incorporate them into the design.  The quilting process is done with free-motion and ruler work (no computer programs) on a long arm quilting machine.  

The cost per quilt starts with a standard price for the size. The finished price will depend on the amount of quilting desired. Please see this chart for an average cost.

A non-refundable deposit will be required before overly work begins.  An estimate will be provided based on your selections before the quilting begins.  Full payment is required before the finished quilt is shipped back to you.  Return shipping, at the standard rate and time, is included in the price for quilting. Expedited delivery will increase the price.

Batting and Backing: You are welcome to send your own batting and backing OR you may purchase these from Pumpernickel Quilting’s current selection of quality inventory.  If you choose to provide your own batting and/or backing please follow these guidelines.

Pantograph Quilting: Quilting in the same pattern over and over, row by row, is also offered on a different pricing module.  Please see our Classic Quilting page if you would prefer this style.  Some customization can be done to make your keepsake unique.
