Elevate your quilt with a customized longarm design. A non-refundable deposit covers the cost of the design process and will be credited to the overall cost of the longarm service. Details for this service can be found here.
▢ Print out the Deposit Checklist.
▢ Measure your quilt (length x width = size in square inches).
▢ Select your quilt size from the drop down. ( Deposit amount depends on the size of quilt ).
▢ Choose your batting and backing if purchasing from us.
▢ Complete your check out.
▢ Print out the mailing label you receive in the purchase confirmation email ( Label only, postage not included )
▢ Pack your quilt top. Include backing and batting unless you are purchasing from Pumpernickel Quilting. Include the completed checklist. We suggest using the smallest flat rate box or envelope that will fit your items. Get it in the mail, consider insurance. You pay the postage to us, return postage is on us.
When your quilt and checklist are received you will be contacted to sort out the details.
Processing time is usually 2-4 weeks from the time the design layout is completed.
